Swimming at the lake

I am so glad that I got to bring Leah to the lake. This lake house is the place that I have come to almost every single summer in my life. It is a house that my grandparents bought over 40 years ago, and has been a home away from home for our family. I have so many memories of swimming in the lake with my brothers and cousin from sun up to sun down, only stopping to eat. I don't know if Leah will make similar memories at this lake house, as my parents are intending to retire on a lake somewhere else and she will spend her summers there, but being at the lake with her was very special to me. My family has been so supportive with their thoughts and prayers for us during this time, and it meant a lot to share Leah with them.
