Leah's MRI today went very smoothly. She didn't care too much for being restrained in a giant noisy scary machine but neither would I. We are still waiting on the results. As soon as we were out of the hospital we loaded up the car and headed down to Miami. We are looking forward to spending the fourth of July weekend with Rachael's family. It will be nice to have a relaxing weekend to take our minds off all that has happened in the past week. Then, first thing on Monday morning we are off to the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute here in Miami to hopefully shed some light on the retinal scarring. On Friday we will meet with the pediatric neurologist in Gainesville to discuss today's MRI. The trip to Miami today was our first whole family roadtrip (Pippin included). We couldn't resist sharing this picture of Pippin and Leah riding in the backseat together.
