Fourth of July in Camden, SC

We got to visit Patty, Luke, and Anna Kate in their new home and spend the 4th of July in Camden, SC. We had a great weekend exploring their new city, including a Revolutionary War site, going to their church, and meeting their friends. It was a great time to have the little girls get their first time to "play" together. They were very cute in their interactions together. Anna Kate was very interested in Leah and watched her all the time, and we had to make sure Leah was gentle with Baby Anna Kate!

Cousins playing together

At the neighborhood park.
Leah must be showing Anna Kate something very cool.

Swimming with Aunt Patty. Friends from their church invited us to crash their family gathering and let us swim in their pool!

Leah likes to fly!

There were many attempts to take pictures of the cousins. Of course, we had to try to get one in their patriotic clothes. Cute girls!

We watched fireworks on TV, and then went out to do sparklers and pop-its in the backyard. Luke experimented with the camera to take some cool pictures!

The girls were playing footsies together. It looks like Anna Kate wants Leah to chase her!

  1. Oh how fun! It looks like they just needed a couple of boy cousins to tease them!
