Ms. Patti also gave Leah some really cool presents to keep! She found a lady who does embroidery, including Braille, and got Leah's name embroidered in print and in Braille on a new backpack, a taggie, and a pillowcase! They are so sweet!

Leah's new stuff!
We love Ms. Patti, our parent advisor from FSDB. Not only is she wonderful, gives us great advice and is a good listener, but she also gives us great stuff (some to borrow, some to keep)!! This week Leah got a new friend, Perkins Panda (named for the Perkins Braillewriter, which Ms. Patti already brought us) who came with some Braille books, books on tape, and manipulatives to go along with the books. She also brought us a neat book, Goin' on a Bear Hunt, that has a neat way to introduce Braille to young ones.

Ms. Patti also gave Leah some really cool presents to keep! She found a lady who does embroidery, including Braille, and got Leah's name embroidered in print and in Braille on a new backpack, a taggie, and a pillowcase! They are so sweet!
