ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition has been buidling a home in Gainesville this week, and Rachael and I know the family! I played in our churches praise band with Tobin for many years while I was an undergraduate. Tobin and his family now run a non-profit music studio in our community called Studio Percussion. They provide free music lessons to many people in Gainesville. They also go to Leah's day care once a week to let the children play with drums. We hear that Leah loves it. Yesterday, Rachael, Leah, and I went and visited the build site. It was quite the event; complete with Gator cheerleaders, basketball players, football players, the Gator band, Albert and Alberta, and of course Ty Pennington. Here are some pictures from our visit.
