Thanksgiving

I know Thanksgiving was last week, but with 13 people in our house, 9 of whom were actually staying at our house for the weekend, it's kind of hard to make sure a blog update is done! If you know the size of our house, you may be wondering how we had 13 people sitting at a table for Thanksgiving dinner. We borrowed a table and chairs, and used our other two sets, and were able to set up a nice Thanksgiving spread.



There was a lot of good snuggling and playing time for Leah and Nana. Leah loves Nana!

My mom got here on Tuesday and we did some major shopping on Wednesday to prep for the main meal. My mom, sister, and I like to say we cook like a well-oiled machine. When we get in the kitchen together, we get to work! Somehow we are able to all three work together smoothly, even in a kitchen as tiny as mine! This was our first Holiday together with the whole family in three years.

Leah also got to spend a lot of time with Aunt Denise and cousins Kaetlyn and Kyla. Kaetlyn and Kyla love baby Leah and skype with us often so they can see her and sing songs to her. (They also like to see Pippin, maybe as much as they like to see Leah!)
