Now we are off for some family time, apart. Stephen is getting ready to head down to Bolivia on a mission trip with our church. If you want to keep up with his trip, check the mission trip blog. He will be there with the team for 10 days, and then will stay a few extra days with his family. I am so glad that Stephen will get some time for comfort and rest with his mom and dad. Having my mom with us at many of our doctors appointments has been so good for me. As for Leah and me, we are heading out with my mom to visit my family in Georgia, Tennessee, and Arkansas. We are going to see my sister, both of my brothers, and my grandmama and extended family. We will be gone almost the entire time Stephen is. We are leaving each other, but at least it is in great spirits!

Praise God! Our church will continue to lift you guys up in prayer. We feel blessed to have Luke and Patty as a part of our church family and consider you family too!
ReplyDeleteI know the trip to Bolivia will be awesome and we will continue to pray that lives are transformed there as well!
Oh Stephen and Rachael, I am rejoicing with you today and continuing to believe God for great and mighty things when it comes to our precious little Leah!! I am still praying for a miracle for her sight and know that the Lord will answer in ways we can't even imagine right now!! Leah is indeed a precious gift from God to all of her family but especially to you and Stephen! I love you guys and am looking forward to spending time with Stephen and wishing Rachael and Leah could come too but also thankful that you two get to take a trip with your mom and see other family!!
ReplyDeleteLove Mom B.
Praise the Lord! What wonderful news. :)
ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear it. (And happy that Steven has this concern put to rest before he had to leave you two!) I'll pass the news along to the boys -- Calvin asked me this morning what the latest was. Love to you all.
ReplyDeleteWhat a blessing! I am so thankful, and happy. Leah id beautiful, and I just love baby chatter. Just precious. I cant wait to meet her. Oh and I tried to make your yummy pineapple dish a bit ago with ZERO success. So, hopefully that will be an added bonus for whenever we are together again :)
ReplyDeleteBig Hallelujah! So happy for you guys and continue to pray for Leah's eyes.
